Referral Fees are only available for real estate agents with a valid and current real estate license anywhere in the United States or as applicable to current law. Closing entails the point at which the home is passed into the care of the purchaser and all monies have transferred between seller and buyer to complete the real estate transaction. No form of compensation is earned until such complete transfer of funds between seller and buyer has occurred.


Quick Delivery Homes are designated by Wormald Homes but usually include those homes that are currently under construction or near completion and as such are available for more immediate delivery.


Important: Agents must follow Wormald Homes Broker Registration Policy which entails that the agent must accompany their client on the client’s first visit to the sales office that they ultimately purchase from. This initial visit, and agent registration on the day of the first visit, establishes the procuring cause of the sale for the agent. The agent is protected for 30 days thereafter.
